Terms: 50% deposit to hold the Reservation, the balance is due 45 days prior to date of occupancy. Reservations that are not paid in full 45 days prior to check in date will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited. Security deposit of $1000.00 is due one week prior to arrival. This security deposit is fully refundable after check out and inspection.

Late Check-in and/or early departure for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, do not warrant the refund of deposits.

Cancellation Policy: No Refunds. Rates are in US Dollars. Minimum Stay 4 Days. (Minimum 7 Days Stay during Holiday Season).

Credit Card Payments Accepted. Rates are Subject to Change Without Notice.

Maximum number of guests is 8. Rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is after 2:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.
